Matt uses his 15 years of practical consulting experience to foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients and business partners, and maintain active involvement in daily work of the consulting teams. Matt directs team members so as to achieve goals and improve the services provided by the firm. James (Jack) has over 15 years of progressive, professional experience leading and/or supporting organizational change management projects for large-scale global projects, particularly in finance or information technology transformation. Jack is experienced in assessing business objectives and defining change strategy to meet objectives as well as developing appropriate work plans and leading the project according to the plan. In his critical role, Rob maintains structure for the team as program manager by ensuring transparency of progress of multiple client change management efforts occurring simultaneously. Rob manages change management project plans, creates client presentations to support executive decisions on required action, develops communication plans, drafts change implementation progress reporting, and monitors change projects progress.
